Emerald Pointe on Douglas Lake in East Tennessee is a lakefront paradise located on one of the most beautiful properties in East Tennessee, offering breathtaking views of Douglas Lake and the Great Smoky Mountains.

While most of our customers have grown tired of the same old cramped subdivisions, many don’t want to live way out in the middle of nowhere, or as one customer put it, “My wife says she’s not living like Daniel Boone”.  Our efforts have been to accommodate both “Daniel Boone and his wife” by creating communities with spacious home sites, while at the same time, having the feel of community and not isolation.

Our latest development is Emerald Pointe and we think it’s our most creative community yet.  Surrounded on three sides by beautiful Douglas Lake with spectacular views of the Smoky Mountains, Douglas Lake and the surrounding countryside, Emerald Pointe was  developed from one of the most beautiful and unique  properties in all of the Smokies. In order to preserve the pristine quality at Emerald Pointe, we’ve taken a large portion of the land and “set it aside” as a private nature preserve. We then clustered large home sites in and around this private park, so that our customers could enjoy both the natural beauty and quaint community atmosphere. We ended up with home sites small enough for easy maintenance, yet with the surrounding parklands, large enough for the feeling of privacy that one would expect from living on 2 or 3 acres. And since Douglas Lake surrounds Emerald Pointe on three sides, our residents are further isolated from any influences that might occur from future developments outside of Emerald Pointe.
