About Us

Emerald Pointe is an elegantly designed community on Douglas Lake and offers some of the finest water access and mountain views in all of east Tennessee.  We developed the first phase of our land into lots under an acre. We then added a 65 acre “private nature preserve” which is adjacent to these lots and meanders throughout the property. We developed the next phase into the larger acreage tracts and ran public sewer and water to everything and gated the entire community for security and privacy of our customers. I firmly believe that these simple amenities also help in preserving the appreciation of our “customer’s” property value.  Most property taxes at Emerald Pointe are $355. per year, or less.
